Vous avez été très nombreux, dans le monde entier, à témoigner de votre respect pour le Président HOANG Vinh Giang, qui nous a quittés vraiment trop tôt. Affliction générale.

Cette disparition est survenue malgré lui et il ne connaîtra malheureusement pas la joie de voir l’aboutissement de tous les « chantiers » qu’il a mis en oeuvre.

Mais bien sûr, sa grande réussite à la tête de la WFVV est incontestable, et incontestée.

Ce grand homme des arts martiaux vietnamiens marquera à jamais la Grande Histoire du Vocotruyen Vietnam.

Il nous laisse, à nous tous, dirigeants, enseignants, maîtres, assistants, pratiquants, amis, observateurs et autres spectateurs sympathisants, une oeuvre particulièrement singulière qu’il nous appartient de préserver, maintenir, améliorer, et transmettre aux futures générations.

La Fédération Mondiale WFVV et ses Dirigeants s’y attachent déjà, et s’y attacheront, en totale conformité avec les lois de l’Etat, les règlements statutaires fédéraux, les us et coutumes, et les orientations édictées par feu Président Giang, qui régissent et régiront toute initiative de notre part, dans la poursuite du programme établi.

Ainsi du Championnat du Monde de Vocotruyen – Alger 2021 qui aura bien lieu en Algérie, selon la toute volonté du Président Giang, mais probablement décalée à 2022, comme le Président Giang l’avait également envisagé, en raison de la situation sanitaire actuelle comme celle prévisible pour décembre 2021. Ainsi de la Session Internationale de Grades organisée par la WFVV qui aura bien lieu en Europe le samedi 4 décembre 2021. Ainsi du stage de Formation et de la session internationale de Grades organisée par la Fédération Mondiale WFVV en Afrique du Nord d’ici la fin de l’année 2021. Tout continuera comme prévu.

Rien ne change dans les orientations comme dans les rendez-vous fixés par feu Président Giang.

Nous publierons très prochainement le PLAN QUINQUENNAL 2021-2025, avec une projection sur 2030,  établi par le Président Giang et validé par lui juste 24 heures avant son décès.

Ceux qui en ont connaissance considèrent ce document comme, en quelque sorte, un « quasi-testament ». En ce qui concerne le Bureau Fédéral, comme pour ce qui me concerne, ce dernier écrit du feu Président Giang constituera une feuille de route qui ne manquera pas de nous guider, avec la participation de tous, dirigeants, enseignants, et pratiquants, pour mener le vocotruyen Vietnam à sa juste place dans la hiérarchie des arts martiaux mondiaux.

Many of you around the world expressed your respect for President HOANG Vinh Giang, who passed away too soon. General affliction.

But this disappearance occurred in spite of himself and he will unfortunately not know the joy of seeing the outcome of all the « projects » that he has implemented.

Of course, his great success at the head of the WFVV is indisputable, and undisputed.

This Vietnamese martial arts Great man will forever mark the Great History of Vocotruyen Vietnam.

He leaves us, all of us, leaders, teachers, masters, assistants, practitioners, friends, observers and other sympathetic spectators, a particularly singular work that it is up to us to preserve, maintain, improve, and transmit to future generations.

The World Federation WFVV and its Leaders are already attached to it, and will do so, in full compliance with the laws of the State, federal statutory regulations, customs and traditions, and the guidelines issued by the late President Giang, who govern and will govern any initiative on our part, in the pursuit of the established program.

Thus the Vietnam Vocotruyen World Championship – Algiers 2021 which will take place in Algeria, according to the wishes of President Giang, but probably postponed to 2022, as President Giang also envisioned, due to the current health situation as foreseeable for December 2021.
