LE VOCOTRUYEN VIETNAM DROIT SUR LA ROUTE OLYMPIQUE

Vovinam et Vocotruyen Vietnam sont désormais deux disciplines officielles de la Fédération Sportive du Sud-Est Asiatique (Liên đoàn Thể thao Đông Nam Á) avec des épreuves de compétition officielles agréées par la fédération du sud-est asiatique.

La décision a été entérinée lors de la réunion de la Fédération des Sports du Sud-Est Asiatique les 21 et 22 juillet 2020 à laquelle ont également assisté les représentants des Comités Olympiques de 11 nations du Sud-Est Asiatique. Les discussions avaient un peu achoppé sur le questionnement de quelques pays concernant la reconnaissance de 2 disciplines d’arts martiaux vietnamiens.

Monsieur le Ministre Nguyễn Ngọc Thiện – Président du Comité Olympique Vietnamien – Président de la Fédération des Sports du Sud-Est Asiatique ayant délégué ses pouvoirs à Monsieur Hoàng Vĩnh  Giang – Vice-Président du Comité Olympique Vietnamien, ce dernier a motivé cette situation de la manière suivante: … le Võ cổ truyền est une discipline sportive populaire traditionnelle avec 4000 ans d’histoire et ayant contribué au développement et à la protection du peuple vietnamien. Le vocotruyen a sa propre Fédération Mondiale, ses fédérations Asiatique et Sud-Ouest Asiatique, et rassemble aujourd’hui plus de 50 pays sur les 5 continents. Le vocotruyen est également déjà reconnu par l’ OCA (Comité Olympique Asiatique) et a déjà participé aux compétitions lors des 5° jeux sportifs aquatiques asiatiques organisés en 2016 à Đà Nẵng – Việt Nam.

Après quoi tous les pays du Sud-Est Asiatique se sont résolus à l’unanimité (100%) à soutenir la présence du vocotruyen parmi les disciplines présentées par le Comité Olympique Vietnamien à l’occasion des SEA Games organisés aux Philippines en 2019, le vocotruyen devant être intégré au groupe 3 (disciplines nouvellement admises), ainsi qu’à l’occasion des SEA Games suivants, incluant les SEA Games organisés au Việt Nam en 2021.

Ceci constitue une avancée extraordinaire concernant les SEA Games aussi bien qu’au niveau des autres compétitions internationales. Après la reconnaissance attribuée par l’ OCA (Comité Olympique Asiatique) en 2016, celle accordée par la Fédération des Sports du Sud-Est Asiatique ce soir du 22/07/2020, dotera le Võ cổ truyền de multiples atouts pour son développement national aussi bien que mondial.

Les réunions du Conseil, des comités exécutifs et permanents de la Fédération des Jeux d’Asie du Sud-Est (SEAGF) ont eu lieu à Hanoi du 21 au 22 juillet, par visioconférence avec la participation de plus de 100 délégués, dont plus de 30 internationaux.

Il a été question, entre autres sujets et celui développé plus haut, de l’organisation des 31° SEA Games et des 11° ASEAN Para Games au VietNam en 2021 prévus du 21 novembre au 2 décembre à Hanoi et dans certaines localités voisines telles que Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hà Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hoà Binh, Vinh Phuc et Bac Giang, avec la participation d’environ 10.000 compétiteurs. Les 32° SEA Games se tiendront au Cambodge et les 33° en Thaïlande.

Ont été également abordés les sujets relatifs au droit, à la santé, de la place des femmes dans le sport, aussi bien que ceux relatifs à la médecine sportive, l’antidopage.

Au final, une nouvelle grande victoire pour les arts martiaux traditionnels vietnamiens, et un gros succès de plus à l’actif du Président Hoàng Vĩnh  Giang, qui portent Haut les Couleurs du Võ cổ truyền Việt Nam.

THE VOCOTRUYEN VIETNAM RIGHT ON THE OLYMPIC ROAD

Vovinam and Vocotruyen Vietnam are now two official disciplines of the South-East Asian Sports Federation (Liên đoàn Thể thao Đông Nam Á) with official competition events approved by the South-East Asian Federation.

The decision was endorsed at the meeting of the Southeast Asian Federation of Sports on 21 and 22 July 2020, which was also attended by representatives of the Olympic Committees of 11 Southeast Asian nations. Discussions had somewhat stumbled on the questioning of some countries regarding the recognition of 2 Vietnamese martial arts disciplines.

Minister Nguyễn Ngọc Thiện – President of the Vietnamese Olympic Committee – President of the South-East Asian Sports Federation having delegated his powers to Mr Hoàng Vĩnh  Giang – Vice-President of the Vietnamese Olympic Committee, Mr Giang explained this situation in the following way: … Võ cổ truyền is a traditional popular sports discipline with 4000 years of history and having contributed to the development and protection of the Vietnamese people. The vocotruyen has its own World Federation, its Asian and South-West Asian federations, and today brings together more than 50 countries on 5 continents. The vocotruyen is also already recognized by the OCA (Asian Olympic Committee) and has already participated in the competitions at the 5th Asian Aquatic Sports Games held in 2016 in Nẵng – Vietnam.

After that, all Southeast Asian countries unanimously resolved (100%) to support the presence of the vocotruyen among the disciplines presented by the Vietnamese Olympic Committee at the SEA Games in the Philippines (2019), with vocotruyen to be included in Group 3 (newly admitted disciplines), as well as at the following SEA Games, including the SEA Games held in Vietnam in 2021.

This is an extraordinary step forward for the SEA Games as well as in other international competitions. After the recognition granted by the OCA (Asian Olympic Committee) in 2016, the recognition granted by the South-East Asian Sports Federation on 22/07/2020, will endow the Võ cổ truyền with multiple assets for its national as well as global development around the world.

The meetings of the Council, the executive and standing committees of the Federation of Southeast Asian Games (SEAGF) were held in Hanoi from 21 to 22 July, via video conference with the participation of more than 100 delegates, including more than 30 internationals.

There was talk, among other topics and the one developed above, organisation of the 31st SEA Games and the 11th ASEAN Para Games in VietNam in 2021 scheduled from 21 November to 2 December in Hanoi and in some neighbouring towns such as Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hà Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hoà Binh, Vinh Phuc and Bac Giang , with the participation of about 10,000 competitors. The 32nd SEA Games will be held in Cambodia and the 33rd in Thailand.

Topics related to the law, health and the place of women in sport, as well as those relating to sports medicine and anti-doping, were also discussed.

In the end, another big victory for traditional Vietnamese martial arts, and a big success to the assets of President Hoàng Vinh Giang, who carry High the Colors of the Ve cổ truyền Vietnam.

Sau khi Vovinam đã trở thành một nội dung chính thức trong danh sách các môn thi đấu của Liên đoàn Thể thao Đông Nam Á  từ năm 2011 và năm nay 2020, Võ cổ truyền cũng đã trở thành một nội dung thi đấu chính thức của Liên đoàn thể thao Đông Nam Á 

Tại cuộc họp của Liên đoàn Thể thao Đông Nam Á tổ chức ngày 21 và 22 tháng 7 năm 2020 bao gồm đại diện Uỷ Ban Olympic của 11 quốc gia Đông Nam Á

Lúc đầu có 1 vài nước cũng chưa hiểu và đặt ra câu hỏi : Tại sao Việt Nam đã có một môn võ là Vovinam trong danh sách các môn thi đấu của Liên đoàn thể thao Đông Nam Á  , bây giờ lại đề xuất thêm môn Võ cổ truyền nữa.

Bộ trưởng Nguyễn Ngọc Thiện – Chủ tịch Ủy Ban Olympic Việt Nam – Chủ tịch Liên đoàn TT Đông Nam Á đã ủy quyền cho ông Hoàng Vĩnh  Giang – PCT Ủy Ban Olympic Việt Nam giải thích việc này

Ông Giang nói :

Võ cổ truyền là một môn thể thao dân tộc truyền thống đã có lịch sử 4000 năm cùng với lịch sử dựng nước và giữ nước của dân tộc Việt Nam. Võ cổ truyền cũng đã có Liên đoàn thế giới, Liên đoàn Châu Á, Liên đoàn Đông Nam Á và hiện nay Võ cổ truyền Việt Nam đã có mặt tại hơn 50 quốc gia trên cả 5 châu lục. Môn Võ cổ truyền đã được OCA ( Ủy ban Olympic Châu Á) công nhận và đưa vào tổ chức tại ĐH Thể thao bãi biển Châu Á lần thứ 5 năm 2016 tại TP Đà Nẵng – Việt Nam.

Các nước Đông Nam Á sau đó đã nhất quán 100% ủng hộ với những đề xuất của Ủy ban Olymic Việt Nam là sẽ sử dụng điều lệ của Liên đoàn Thể thao Đông Nam Á năm 2017 được cập nhật số lượng các môn thể thao tại SEA games philipine năm 2019 và trong đó có sự đồng thuận đưa môn Võ cổ truyền vào danh sách các môn thể thao thuộc nhóm 3 (là nhóm dành cho các môn thể thao mới), từ nay về sau Võ cổ truyền sẽ được các nước chủ nhà xem xét để lựa chọn đưa vào các kỳ Sea Games, sau Sea Games Việt Nam năm 2021.

Đây là 1 bước đột phá mới của nước chủ nhà Việt Nam trong đấu trường SEA games và các đấu trường quốc tế khác. Hi vọng rằng sau khi được OCA công nhận (năm 2016), Liên đoàn Thể thao Đông Nam Á chính thức công nhận vào chiều 22/7/2020, Võ cổ truyền sẽ có nhiều thuận lợi trong việc phát triển ở trong nước cũng như trên phạm vi toàn cầu.
