En présence de S.E. Madame Nguyễn Thị Bích Huệ, Ambassadeur de la R.S. du Vietnam en Italie, des représentants locaux du CSEN, et des représentants de la Mairie de la jolie petite ville de Piacenza qui a accueilli le « Workshop » organisé par la toute nouvelle fédération italienne de Vocotruyen Vietnam (FAMTV Italia),
le Professeur Hoàng Vĩnh Giang, Membre du Comité Olympique Asiatique, Vice-Président Permanent du Comité Olympique Vietnamien (UBOVN), Président de la Fédération Vietnamienne de Võ Cổ truyền Việt Nam (LDVTCTVN), et, bien sûr, Président de la Fédération Mondiale de Võ Cổ truyền Việt Nam (WFVV),
est intervenu par « appel-video » pour encourager les participants à ce premier événement organisé par la toute jeune fédération italienne des arts martiaux traditionnels vietnamiens. L’occasion aussi pour le Président Hoang Vinh Giang de rappeler, en direct du Vietnam, COVID-19 oblige, la ligne majeure de la WFVV: » préserver, et promouvoir, à travers le monde, le Võ Cổ truyền Việt Nam, l’un des composants historiques de la Culture et de l’Histoire du Vietnam « .
Les différents ateliers du « workshop » organisé par la FAMTVI ont réuni, sur deux jours, plus d’une vingtaine d’organisations d’arts martiaux vietnamiens et plus de cent représentants venus d’Italie et de Suisse, pays constituant le secteur Europe 2 – « Centrale Sud ».
La WFVV a dépêché une équipe de conseillers formée de différents membres des commissions administratives et techniques de la fédération mondiale, MM. les Võ sư cao cấp et Võ sư, VsCc Jean-René Cusano Đức Nhân – membre du Comité Directeur WFVV – Commission Grand Evénementiel et ancien Président de la Fédération française de vocotruyen (FAMTVF), VsCc André Lenzi Vũ Triết – membre du Comité Directeur WFVV – Commission Technique, VsCc Antoine Falzoi Văn Bình – membre du Comité Directeur WFVV – Commission Relations Internationales, Vs Laurent Herrada – Secrétaire de WFVV International Representative Office.
Trois Consultants, Vs Gaston Lê Phi-Long (BRi-WFVV France), Vs David Phan Nhuận (BRi-WFVV Grande-Bretagne), et Vs Kim-An Dinh (BRi-WFVV Suisse) complétaient la délégation missionnée par la WFVV et le Bureau de Représentation International de la WFVV.
Vs Matteo Foglia, Vs Nicola Giulivo, Vs Ruggero Biondo, Vs Alessandro Crivellaro, Vs Marco Costa, et Vs Fabio Mariottini, respectivement Président, Vice-Présidents, Secrétaire général, Conseiller et Expert normatives de la Fédération italienne FAMTV Italia, ont pleinement réussi ce premier « Workshop » au cours duquel les pratiquants des différentes organisations de vocotruyen d’Italie ont pu échanger « techniquement » de façon fructueuse. Mention « très bien » donc pour les organisateurs et les responsables des différentes écoles qui se sont beaucoup investis pour la réussite de ces « ateliers » de vocotruyen.
Faute de temps, mais surtout faute au COVID-19 et ses restrictions induites, des sujets importants touchant aux orientations majeures de la fédération mondiale n’ont pas pu être pleinement développés. Mais « partie remise ». L’essentiel a tout de même pu être communiqué aux principaux dirigeants, et rendez-vous est programmé pour une réunion organisée par la fédération mondiale WFVV et consacrée exclusivement à l’information des dirigeants et enseignants de Vocotruyen Vietnam.
En attendant, ces derniers peuvent se rapprocher du Secrétariat du Bureau de Représentation WFVV International ( contact@wf-vv.com ) pour toutes questions relatives aux orientations majeures de la Fédération Mondiale, aux grands événements internationaux des deux prochaines années, au système des grades et ceintures de vocotruyen en vigueur, comme aux innovations et modifications concernant les Compétitions, notamment celles touchant aux épreuves de combat sur ring avec la montée en charge progressive du « Viet Vo Dai » et de ses branches semi-professionnelles et professionnelles, comme sur tout autre sujet relatif aux arts martiaux traditionnels vietnamiens.
Pour résumer, nous reviendrons sur la récente venue au monde de la fédération italienne de vocotruyen qui constitue un pas de plus vers une évolution nécessaire du vocotruyen, art martial historique, aux racines profondément ancrées dans la Culture Vietnamienne, grandement diversifiée et riche de traditions, de valeurs séculaires que le Vietnam a su préserver tout en sachant s’adapter à la transformation du monde.
Une métamorphose que le vocotruyen se plaît à suivre en occupant la place, importante, qui lui revient, légitimement, sur l’échiquier mondial des arts martiaux.
Traditionnel et moderne à la fois, fermement lié à ses valeurs tout en se tenant ouvert au progrès de la société mondiale, le Vocotruyen Vietnam doit beaucoup à ses origines ancestrales et se doit d’évoluer en fonction des temps présents et futurs pour demeurer aux premiers rangs mondiaux des disciplines d’arts martiaux, à l’image de ses illustres aînés, art militaire, véritable « art de la guerre » afin de construire et de défendre la nation, art du courage et de l’unité d’un peuple, art de la stratégie, tout un florilège de qualités universellement connues et louées partout à travers le monde.
Alors, que ce soit par l’image « ancienne » du Võ cổ truyền ou celle plus « moderne » du Việt Võ Đài, que ce soit par tel « môn phái » ou tel « võ phái », que nous descendions de Trần Hưng Đạo ou de Hai Bà Trưng, ou de Maître Nguyễn Xxx ou de Võ sư Trần Yyy, quelle que soit la facette que d’aucuns perçoivent ou bien que nous donnons à voir, le » Võ » traditionnel du Vietnam, par la part active jouée par nos aînés, nos prédécesseurs, par notre contribution à tous, pratiquants et enseignants d’arts martiaux vietnamiens, nos familles et nos sympathisants, nos supporteurs, par l’engagement de nos disciples et de nos élèves des générations passées, présentes, et futures, l’Art Martial Traditionnel Vietnamien, le Vocotruyen, se doit de refléter la magnifique image de cet art, universel et unique en son genre, cet art singulier, constitué des valeurs tels que le respect, la compassion, la solidarité, et l’union, ce « Vocotruyen » qui représente un héritage extraordinaire dont nous sommes tous ensemble, Maîtres, Enseignants, Disciples et Elèves, de tous les styles et de toutes les écoles, de toutes origines et de tous pays,
un patrimoine inestimable dont nous sommes, rassemblés et unis sous la bannière de la fédération mondiale de Võ cổ truyền Việt Nam WFVV,
les légataires universels, les valeureux descendants, les bienheureux héritiers.

intervened by « video call » to encourage the participants to this first event organized by the very young Italian federation of traditional Vietnamese martial arts. The opportunity also for President Hoang Vinh Giang to recall, « live », from Vietnam, COVID-19 obliges, the major line of the WFVV: « to preserve, and promote Võ Cổ truyền Việt Nam, all around the world, one of the historical components of the Vietnam Culture and History « .
The « workshops » organized by FAMTVI brought together, over two days, more than twenty Vietnamese martial arts organizations and more than one hundred representatives from Italy and Switzerland, countries constituting the European sector. 2 – « South Central ».

Three Consultants, Vs Gaston Lê Phi-Long (BRi-WFVV France), Vs David Phan Nhuận (BRi-WFVV Great Britain), and Vs Kim-An Dinh (BRi-WFVV Switzerland) completed the delegation commissioned by the WFVV and the WFVV International Representative Office.
Vs Matteo Foglia, Vs Nicola Giulivo, Vs Ruggero Biondo, Vs Alessandro Crivellaro, Vs Marco Costa, and Vs Fabio Mariottini, respectively President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary General, Counselors of the Italian Federation FAMTV Italia, have fully achieved this first « Workshop » during which the practitioners of the different vocotruyen organizations in Italy were able to exchange « technically » in a fruitful way. Mention « very good » therefore for the organizers and those in charge of the various schools who have invested a lot in the success of these « workshops » of vocotruyen.
Due to reduced time, but above all due to COVID-19 and its induced restrictions, important subjects relating to the major orientations of the world federation could not be fully developed. But « postponed party ». The main thing was still communicated to the main leaders, and an appointment is scheduled for a meeting organized by the world federation WFVV and devoted exclusively to the information of leaders and teachers of Vocotruyen Vietnam.

To summarize, we will come back to the recent birth of the Italian vocotruyen federation which is one more step towards a necessary evolution of vocotruyen, a historical martial art, with roots deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture, greatly diversified and rich in traditions, secular values that Vietnam has managed to preserve while knowing how to adapt to the transformation of the world.
A metamorphosis that Vietnam Vocotruyen likes to follow by occupying the important place that rightfully belongs to him on the world stage of martial arts.
Traditional and modern at the same time, firmly linked to its values while being open to the progress of global society, Vocotruyen Vietnam owes a lot to its ancestral origins and must evolve according to present and future times to remain at the world forefront ranks of martial arts disciplines, like its illustrious elders, military art, true « art of war » in order to build and defend the nation, art of courage and unity of a country, art of strategy, a whole anthology of qualities universally known and praised throughout the world.
So, whether by the « old » image of Võ cổ truyền or the more « modern » one of Việt Võ Đài, whether by such « môn phái » or such « võ phái », that we descend from Trần Hưng Đạo or of Hai Bà Trưng, or of Master Nguyễn Xxx or of Võ sư Trần Yyy, whatever the facet that some perceive or that we give to see, the traditional « Võ » of Vietnam, by the active part played by our elders, our predecessors, by our contribution, all together, Vietnamese Martial arts Practitioners and Instructors, our families and our supporters, by the commitment of our disciples and our students of past, present, and future generations, Vietnamese Traditional Martial Art, the « Vocotruyen », must reflect the magnificent image of this art, universal and unique in its kind, this singular art, made up of values such as respect, compassion, solidarity, and union , this « Vocotruyen » which represents an extraordinary heritage of which we are all together, Masters, Teachers, Disciples and Students, of all styles and schools, of all origins and all countries,
an invaluable heritage of which we are, gathered and united under the banner of the World Federation of Việt Nam Võ cổ truyền – WFVV,
the universal legatees, the valiant descendants, the blessed heirs.
Long live Vocotruyen Vietnam.
