WFVV INFO 2021 – N° 01

The World Federation of Vietnam Vocotruyen (WFVV), informs all its members on some activities of WFVV in the year of 2021, as follows:

1. The 3rd World Championship of Vietnam Vocotruyen 2021 is scheduled to take place in Algiers (Algeria).

– Expected Date: from 06 to 10 July 2021 (WFVV will send and official announcement on any changes due to the global situation related to the COVID-19 on 15 March 2021. On the case of the postponement, the Championship will be organized in early November or mid-December 2021).

2. The Second Congress of WFVV- Period 2021-2026 will be organized in Algiers on July 05, 2021 (information on any changes will be sent later).

3. Due to the very strong demand from several federations and international Vocotruyen organizations, as well as many Vietnamese martial arts clubs, the WFVV will organize an International Session of Ranks Upgrading in Europe:

– Exam Session: from 1st to 7th WFVV dangs, including both disciplines: demonstration and combat. WFVV will send instruction in the next information note (especially for Masters that take part in examination, belt check, ranking in the combat discipline).

– Expected Date: July 03 to 04, 2021 (1 day prior to the Opening ceremony).

– Location: The selected city/country will be will be fixed and announced from April 15, 2021 (recently, WFVV have received a plenty of applications from  Paris, Marseille, Lausanne, Milan, and Algiers).

– Attention: Candidates for taking part in 7 dangs exam are reminded to submit their registration files and their « thesis » to the International WFVV by June 3rd, 2021 at the latest (the thesis has to contain at least 10 pages).

4. The Regulations for the 3rd World Championship of Vietnam Vocotruyen as well as informations related to travel (plane, visa), accommodation and catering will be published and sent to all the officials of the Federations, and to International, national, and local Vietnamese martial arts organizations from all over the world.

La Fédération Mondiale de Vocotruyen (WFVV) informe tous ses adhérents :

1. Le 3° Championnat du Monde de Vocotruyen 2021 est prévu pour avoir lieu à Alger (Algérie).

– Dates prévues : du 06 au 10 juillet 2021 (avec report à début novembre ou mi-décembre 2021 en fonction de la situation sanitaire relative à la COVID-19 qui sera constatée à la date du 15 mars 2021. Dans le cas d’un report, le Championnat sera organisé début novembre ou mi-décembre 2021).

2. Le Second Congrès WFVV – Période 2021-2026 est également prévu pour être organisé à Alger le 05 juillet 2021 (les modifications éventuelles seront publiées ultérieurement).

3. En raison de la très forte demande émanant de plusieurs fédérations et organisations internationales de Vocotruyen aussi bien que de nombreux clubs, la WFVV organisera une Session Internationale de Grades en Europe:

– Session d’Examen: du 1° au 7° dang WFVV, incluant différentes disciplines et épreuves: technique et combat. La WFVV transmettra le règlement via la prochaine note d’information (plus particulièrement à l’attention des candidats s’inscrivant aux é valuations de ceintures/grades dans la spécialité « Combat »).

– Dates : du 3 au 4 juillet 2021 (1 jour avant la Cérémonie d’Ouverture).

– Lieu : Le pays et la ville seront sélectionnés et proclamés à compter du 15 avril 2021 (à aujourd’hui, la WFVV a reçu les candidatures de Paris, Marseille, Lausanne, Milan, et Alger).

– Attention : il est rappelé aux candidats se présentant à l’examen du 7° dang qu’ils sont tenus de transmettre leurs dossiers d’inscription ainsi que leurs « thèses » au Secrétariat de WFVV International, au plus tard le 3 juin 2021 (la « thèse » devra contenir au minimum 10 pages de texte).

4. Le Règlement du 3° Championnat du Monde de Vocotruyen ainsi que toutes les informations relatives au voyage (avion, visa), à l’hébergement et à la restauration, seront publiés et transmis à l’ensemble des Responsables des Fédérations et Organisations internationales, nationales, et locales d’arts martiaux vietnamiens à travers le monde.
