Vocotruyen – Titres et Grades * Titles and Ranks

Comme suite aux demandes de mise au point émanant des fédérations/organisations et enseignants membres de la fédération mondiale WFVV, la Direction Technique de la Fédération Mondiale de Vocotruyen Vietnam – WFVV (seule et unique structure reconnue par l’Etat Vietnamien et seule organisation habilitée à délivrer les titres et grades d’arts martiaux traditionnels vietnamiens – vocotruyen) rappelle que les titres, ceintures, et grades délivrés en dehors de la WFVV n’ont aucune valeur et ne permettront en aucun cas de participer aux activités de la fédération mondiale, où que ce soit dans le monde, telles Championnat du Monde, Coupe du Monde, … (cf. Règlement fédéral & 8.2 du 15/11/2019), et ne permettent pas non plus d’animer ou d’enseigner le vocotruyen sous couvert de la Fédération Mondiale de Vocotruyen (Lien doan The gioi Vo Co truyen Viet nam) ou de la Fédération Nationale Vietnamienne de Vocotruyen (Lien doan Vo thuat Co truyen Viet Nam).

Il est rappelé que, depuis l’année 2019, les « non-vietnamiens » (personnes ne possédant pas la nationalité vietnamienne) ne peuvent plus valablement passer un grade officiel de vocotruyen WFVV en dehors des sessions internationales organisées par ou sous l’égide de la WFVV. Les détenteurs de ces « grades et qualifications internes » ne pourront donc être intégrés officiellement qu’à l’issue d’une requête spécifique soumise à l’approbation de la WFVV (étude du dossier du candidat, vérification de l’authenticité des diplômes et certificats, comme contrôle de l’authenticité de « l’école », de la structure ou de la personne ayant délivré les documents, attribution conditionnelle d’une équivalence de grade ou soumission aux épreuves d’un examen de passage de grade lors d’une session internationale organisée par la WFVV).

Concernant les grades du 1° au 10° dang, comme les titres, fonctions, et qualifications de « Grand-Maître », Assistant Grand-Maître International, Grand-Maître International, Maîtres, Professeurs, Instructeurs, et Animateurs, les seuls titulaires reconnus par l’Etat Vietnamien, le Comité National Olympique Vietnamien, et la Fédération Mondiale WFVV figurent sur la Liste officielle publiée, et régulièrement mise à jour, sur le site WEB et la page FB de la la fédération mondiale.

Consecutively to requests from federations/organizations and instructors members of the World Federation – WFVV, the Technical Directorate of the World Federation of Vocotruyen Vietnam – WFVV (the only structure recognised by the Vietnamese State and the only organisation authorized to issue Vietnamese traditional martial arts Vocotruyen titles and ranks) confirms that the titles, belts, and ranks issued outside WFVV have no value and will not in any way allow to participate to the activities of the world federation, anywhere in the world, such as World Championship, World Cup, … (see Federal Regulation – 8.2 of 15/11/2019), nor do it allow to animate or teach vocotruyen under the guise of the World Vocotruyen Federation (Lien doan The gioi Vo co truyen Viet nam) or the Vietnamese National Federation of Vocotruyen (Lien doan Vo thuat Co truyen Viet Nam).

It is confirmed that, since 2019, « non-Vietnamese » people (persons without Vietnamese nationality) can no longer validly get an official rank of vocotruyen WFVV outside an international sessions organized by or under the aegis of WFVV. Holders of these « internal qualifications and qualifications » can therefore only be formally integrated after a specific request submitted for approval by the WFVV (study of the candidate’s Curriculum vitae, verification of the authenticity of diplomas and certificates, such as checking the authenticity of the « school, » the structure or person who issued the documents, conditional attribution of a rank equivalency or submission to an International Ranks Session Exam organized by WFVV).

Regarding grades from 1 to 10 dang, such as titles, functions, and qualifications of « Grand Master », Assistant Grand Master International, GrandMaster International, Masters, Instructors, and Animators, the only official holders recognized by the Vietnamese State, the Vietnamese National Olympic Committee, and the World Federation – WFVV are all registered on the official list published, and regularly updated, on the federal website and the FB page of the world federation WFVV.
